Let's talk about breakfast. How often do you find yourself not having time to make one, or grabbing whatever is in your fridge because you are SO hungry? If your answer is very often or often, then you definitely can use one or all three of those quick and super yummy breakfast smoothies.
Sip your way to a healthier gut and flatter belly with every breakfast by blending all your favorite produce.
First thing first, I am not vegan. However, like every cuisine in the world I think vegan food has some great things to offer and some that I am not such a big fan of. Smoothies are one of those things that I just absolutely love. Those three purple one are perfect to quickly make breakfast and fill you up in no time at all, they will make your morning craving disappear.
TIME
3- 5 min portions for 1 person
INGREDIENTS
Purple Green Blackberry:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup of blackberries
1 cup of baby spinach
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of flax oil
4 ice cube
Blueberry Chocolate Cake Smoothie:
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 an avocado
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of chocolate vegan protein powder
1/4 cup of water
3 ice cubes
Purple Oats:
1/3 frozen banana
1/4 cup of blueberries
2 tsp of almond flakes
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
2 tbsp of old fashion oats
STEP BY STEP
The only thing you need is a blander! Put all the ingredients in one and bland until it has a very smooth consistency. If you like your smoothies slightly runny add more water. SMACZNEGO!
TIPS
Frozen bananas makes the smoothies much more creamy, the ice cubes also help with the creaminess of smoothies. However, do not put the ice cubes first- they might destroyed your blander.
