

About the Recipe
Poland is famous fruit cold soups. However to keep those soups light but also fulfilling besides fruits there are other ingredient added - like pasta or kefir.
This recipe is vegan and is based mainly strawberries and watermelon, however I add some polenta and chia seeds to make sure that you say full after eating it.
This recipe is like it eating dessert for lunch.

Ingredients
1 cup of polenta (you can buy already cooked one)
1 cup of oatmeal milk
1/2 cup of chia seeds
4 cups of strawberries
2 cups of watermelon
1/2 tsp of fresh mint
1/2 tsp of ginger
1/2 cup of ice
Extra: 1 tbsp of agave syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut the watermelon into cubes, also peel the strawberries.
Step 2
Wash the mint and peel ginger. Finely chop the both.
Cook the polenta (if you bought an uncooked one), and mix it with chia seeds.
Step 3
Place the watermelon, peeled strawberries, ginger and mint into a blender. Add the oatmeal milk, and blend for few seconds.
Step 4
Add the ice cubes and blend everything toghther until silky smooth. Try it and add agave syrup to your taste.
Step 5
Sever in a bowl with polenta/ chia seeds, garnished with a little bit of chia seeds and mint.
